Hi, I’m Lara — a passionate author and family life coach devoted to helping young minds thrive and families grow stronger. With a heart for guiding people toward healthy relationships and purpose-driven lives, I specialize in empowering teenagers, equipping parents, and preparing couples for lasting love. As a SYMBIS-certified premarital coach and emotional intelligence specialist, I support singles on their journey to intentional, God-honoring relationships. I also serve as a teens coach, helping young people build emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and confidence in their unique identity. Whether I’m writing books, speaking at events, or coaching families, my mission is to ignite transformation from the inside out—one heart, one home, and one decision at a time.

My Story
Hi, I am Lara, a passionate author, coach, and speaker on a mission to empower young minds, strengthen families, and cultivate emotional intelligence and leadership in the next generation. I believe that thriving families are the bedrock of a flourishing society — and that when parents, teens, and children are equipped with the right tools, they can grow into their full potential and lead with purpose. As a SYMBIS-certified premarital coach and an emotional intelligence specialist, I guide singles and intending couples in building intentional, God-honoring relationships. My coaching also extends deeply into the lives of teenagers, helping them take ownership of their decisions, build self-leadership, and navigate life’s challenges with wisdom and confidence.
Writing has been one of my greatest tools for transformation. I’m the author of three bestselling books. I’ve also developed a wide range of resources for parents who want to raise emotionally intelligent and purpose-driven children. Beyond writing and coaching, I bring years of experience as a project manager and HR professional, blending strategy, structure, and people-centered solutions in everything I do. I’m also the founder of a nonprofit organization committed to making meaningful impact in the community. At home, I’m joyfully married to an incredible man, and together we’re raising our “three great nations.” My journey as a wife, mother, and leader continues to fuel my passion for helping families thrive.
